Quality
Established in 1938, AMB Co. Ltd is a manufacturer of specialised machine parts and hardfaced components for Pump and Valve applications, Steel Production, Petro-Chemical, Power Generation and Oil & Gas Industries. We provide a sustainable product and service that consistently meets with the agreed requirements of our customers and ensures that goods are manufactured and supplied using defined standards. We manufacture Customer designed products to their specification.
It is our intent to demonstrate to all interested parties our commitment to Quality, OTD’s and price ensuring waste is kept to a minimum whilst providing a safe & healthy working environment for all its employees. The company shall promote the continual improvement of their risk-based management system, ensuring all requirements of this system are met and that no unauthorised alterations or deviations are permitted.
We are committed to enhancing customer satisfaction through the effective application of our management systems and will maintain recognition with British Standards Institute as a company with assessed quality capabilities under the requirements of BS.EN.ISO.9001 ensuring a responsible attitude at all times and in all areas of our business, enthusiastically leading our enterprise and promoting the company’s product and services whilst recognising changing markets.

Environmental
AMB Co. Ltd is committed to providing a quality service to all its customers and operates in accordance with its Environmental Management System.

The company’s business and environmental commitment aims are to minimize the use of materials and reduce omissions to land, air and water by reviewing its processes, emissions and use of resources, and by promoting a continual improvement philosophy throughout all activities.

AMB Co. Ltd believes the promotion of Environmental impact to be a positive investment in the wellbeing of its workforce. The Company takes very seriously its obligations and responsibilities under environmental and related legislation. Its objective is to provide employees with a healthy working environment.

In achieving this, the Company regularly reviews its working practices (including the general working environment) to ensure that best practices are adhered to or adopted and that hazards are identified, and incidents, so far as reasonably practicable, are avoided.

AMB Co. Ltd is committed to the continual improvement of its performance by the monitoring of environmental issues and through involvement with customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities and the community.

To assist with the above, AMB Co. Ltd has implemented Management Systems that assist the organisation in meeting its regulatory and statutory requirements.

Compliance and improvement is monitored by process measures and internal audits and is maintained by the timely implementation of preventive and corrective actions.

Meeting these standards is the responsibility of the entire team. Ergo, AMB Co. Ltd is committed to working with all stakeholders to support effective operation of the company’s Environmental Management System and the achievement of goals and of specific Environmental Objectives.

Health & Safety
AMB Co. Ltd will conduct all its activities in a manner which achieves the highest practicable health and safety standards for employees and any other persons who could be affected by their acts or omissions.

This policy will be implemented by applying a safety management system with the primary aim of continuous improvement and compliance with all relevant legislation through:

• Regular two-way communication with employees.
• integration of health and safety practices into operational procedures;
• promotion of health and safety awareness at all levels within the company; and
• Regular internal audits to identify non-conformances and the systematic corrective actions deemed necessary to prevent their recurrence.

The Company holds each director, manager, supervisor and employee responsible for complying with the above policy in any area within their control or influence. No member of the Company is authorised to initiate or continue any activity, operation or process that would endanger employees, contractors, visitors or members of the public. The most senior director has overall responsibility for health and safety matters within the business.

To ensure that the requirements of this policy are met, the Company will provide and maintain safe working conditions, as well as a healthy environment in which to work. Safe equipment and systems of work together with adequate information, instruction, training and supervision in order that employee’s may undertake their duties in a safe manner.
